N'namdi has worked in production roles on Uncut Gems, Goldman v Silverman, HBO's Chillin Island and various Blood Orange music videos. Her work has been featured at the Oaxaca Film Festival, NewFilmmakers New York Festival and in Free the Work's 'Radar: What's New, What's Next' section of their October 2022 newsletter. Starring: Tony Cineus is a 28-year-old skateboarder, creator, turned amateur mycologist. I swapped the Florida sunshine for the Minnesota snow in pursuit of my passions. With a knack for cultivating mushrooms and an insatiable love for the outdoors, “It embodies the fusion of urban skate culture and the natural world”. Whether shreddin’ at the skatepark or foraging for fungi in the woods, I find joy in the interconnectedness of the ecosystems I explore. Originally from Illinois, Ajani has always been creatively and spiritually connected to nature, while being tapped into the relationships between humanity and the environment, which are expressed in his lyrics and production. After some time living in Minnesota and an apprenticeship at a gourmet mushroom farm, Ajani began learning about fungi and urban farming, upon realizing their importance in personal sustainability. Recently, under the guidance of Tony Cineus, Ajani has been exploring the art of cultivation and foraging as a part of The Mushroom Block, a collective with the aim of achieving and inspiring agricultural independence through forays, events, and classes regarding urban mycology.
